Setup and Showtime Service includes:

• Delivery of all system components to your desired location
• A neat and orderly set-up, with professional and trained production crew
• Timely arrival of our staff, for early screen set-up and sound check
• All systems tested and ready, well before scheduled start of your program
• Trained technician operates system and remains with equipment start to finish
• Up to 3 hours of Showtime after sunset.

What you will need to provide and be responsible for:

• Quiet, dark, dry viewing area of approx. 100 x 100 (seating optional)
• Assurance that all sprinklers in the vicinity are turned off
• Location of underground utilities near screen location. (Anchors imbed 2 ft.)
• Two (2) separate 20 amp circuits. If not available we can bring generator
• Pre-movie music or videos, if desired. CD, DVD, or IPOD OK
• DVD for your movie selection (widescreen format preferred)
• Film Licensing (at Client's discretion)
• Logistical coordination with our Technical Director prior to the event
